At LiveOak Packaging, our pricing is based on the total volume of product you purchase—either in a single order or committed to over a yearly contract. Because many of our items are fully customizable, options like size, material, color, and print can significantly impact cost—sometimes varying final prices by up to 100%. For this reason, we do not offer "buy now" pricing. Instead, once a customer receives a formal quote and completes a purchase, we fix the price for that product and hold inventory for the customer. We also guarantee contract pricing within 10% of the quoted rate, even as market conditions fluctuate.

LiveOak Packaging is committed to delivering exactly what you expect—no surprises. Prior to placing an order, you will receive a product sample along with a detailed spec sheet outlining color, size, material, branding, quantity, and any special customizations. Once you approve the sample, we issue a per-spec contract for your review and approval before any shipment is made.

If any product you receive falls outside of the agreed specifications—including deviations in color, dimensions, material quality, quantity, branding, or other documented requirements—you have the right to refuse the shipment and receive a full refund.

Please note: Because our products are custom-manufactured to your approved specifications, we do not accept returns for any other reason beyond out-of-spec issues.

LiveOak Packaging ships all orders using standard carriers and rates. For larger orders—such as pallet quantities—or if you need expedited delivery, our team can assist in sourcing the most cost-effective and reliable freight or express options tailored to your needs.

At this time, we only ship within the contiguous United States (lower 48) and do not offer international shipping.
